2. Personal Data
By booking a training trip with Wellbeing Bootcamp, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data collection and processing of your
personal data under the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR). We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your reservation. We never sell or forward your information to third parties without legal basis. Wellbeing Bootcamp is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provided to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us in order to handle your booking, as well as the occasions when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers – in order to customize marketing for your individual
Below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR).
2.1 What is a personal data?
A personal data is all information directly or indirectly attributable to a natural person.
2.2 What data do we store?
In order to manage your booking and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we will store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address and urchase history. Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your information, for example, to complete the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation, such as the accounting laws.
2.3 Legal basis
In connection with a purchase, your personal information is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, promotions and similar mailings will be made with the consent of you.
2.4 What tasks are shared and for what purpose?
2.4.1 Payment provider
Upon completion of purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and phone number. If you choose to pay with invoice, you will also be saved with your payment provider. The information is saved in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties from fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Swish, Card, Direct Bank, Payson, PayPal.
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, share your first name, surname and e-mail address with our newsletter vendor. This is to keep you updated with information and promotional offers. We never send newsletter if you haven’t subscribed by yourself.
2.5 Right of access
You have the right to extract any information about you with us. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.
2.6 Right to rectification
You are entitled to ask us to update incorrect information or to supplement information that is inadequate.
2.7 The right to be forgotten
You can at any time request that the information relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to delete, such as if it is to be retained in order for us to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).
2.8 Responsible for data protection
Wellbeing Bootcamp is responsible for storing and processing personal data in the online store and ensuring compliance with the rules.
2.9 So we protect your personal information
We use industry standards such as SSL / TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal information and passwords.
All prices in the website are quoted in SEK and all prices are inclusive of 25 percent VAT.
4. Booking and payment
Payment terms are shown on each trip. Payment must be made within the specified number of days as stated. Usually you pay the entire trip when booking online. The registration and booking are binding. In the case of non-payment, the customer will be bind for repayment. When you complete your booking, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about your booking, price and receipt. If there is any error in booking confirmation, please contact us by e-mail to email@example.com. The same applies if you have not received a confirmation.
5. Travel insurance and cancellation insurance
We always recommend our travelers to subscribe for appropriate travel insurance and cancellation insurance prior to the active training trip with us. It’s usually available in home insurance or card insurance.
6. Right of withdrawal
When booking on the site, you as a customer have a lawful fourteen (14) day cancellation right valid from receipt of a booking confirmation.
6.1 When using your right of withdrawal
You must report that you regret. The message should be sent to us firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, booking number and return journey must be clearly stated.
6.2 Exemption from the right of withdrawal
Services that have been completed and where you explicitly consent to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal. For more about the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.
We recommend that you sign appropriate home insurance. Wellbeing Bootcamp makes no refund due to damage. Please see later cancellation point.

All travelers participate at their own risk. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check with physicians that they are able to expose themselves to physical exertion. Wellbeing Bootcamp can not be held responsible for damage the traveler incurred during the trip or activities. Wellbeing Bootcamp does not accept any financial penalties for an injury that has occurred during the trip or activity. The traveler is responsible for making his / her own insurance for the trip if he wishes to be insured for damage. Wellbeing Bootcamp can not be held responsible if the traveler is unable to carry out a certain activity due to lack of fitness or other personal circumstances.
You are required to leave the accommodation found on arrival. Any resulting damage must be compensated financially or through resources.
The traveler has the right to transfer his place to anyone who meets all the conditions for taking part in the trip (conditions specified by the organizer and terms of
personality changes from parties that the organizer hired for the trip). The passenger must notify the organizer of transfer and full details of the person to whom the place
of bootcamp is to be transferred no later than fifteen (15) days prior to departure. This is done at email@example.com. Change of traveler often entails
indirect costs, mainly from airlines. All costs for name change, rebooking and / or other administrative measures are fully charged to the traveler as flights are not
included in the responsibility of wellbeing bootcamp and wellbeing bootcamp does not book flights. Please write with current travel and “transfer” in the subject line when
The registration for the trip or the event is binding. Full payment of the trip will be made even upon cancellation. If for any reason you can not participate in the trip
(damage or prevent) please contact first home insurance and / or card insurance. As recommended above at point 5. Travel insurance and cancellation insurance, with
cancellation certificates usually insurance companies or the bank will replace you if you have cancellation insurance. Wellbeing Bootcamp usually wants to be flexible
and accommodate customers but is not binded to refund the paid fee upon cancellation.
12. Cancelation of trip
If the Wellbeing Bootcamp is forced to cancel the trip, for example, due to too few registered participants (at least 8 participants must attend) or in case of exceptional
events such as natural disasters in destinations, deaths, acute illness of staff or employees who can not be replaced, the full booking fee will be refunded. The
traveler is not entitled to any additional compensation, such as costs for booked airline tickets as it is not in wellbeing bootcamp’s responsibility.
13. Set activity
External circumstances such as bad weather, high water levels, difficult conditions, other unpredictable circumstances may require activities to be changed or canceled.
The travel program can be changed, but the trip will fully cover all items included in the program. We reserve the right to change managers and residents in such
situations as well as program items in the specified program.
Anyone who has comments about the trip / activities / accommodation must provide these on site in connection with their occurrence or immediately following the trip.

15. Travel Guarantee
Package travels (accommodation and activities) applies to package reservations. Wellbeing Bootcamp fulfills statutory travel guarantee at Kammarkollegiet. Read

16. Checking of travel documents
The traveler is required to check the information on travel documents as soon as they arrive. Should there be any faults, the passenger should immediately inform the organizer of this.
17. Passport or ID card
For a foreign trip, the traveler must have a passport or ID card valid for at least six (6) months after the trip.
18. Cookies Information
According to the Act on Electronic Information, visitors to a website for privacy purposes should be informed that cookies are used. The information in the cookie is
possible to use to follow a user’s browsing. Cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various features. You

19. Amendments to and add to these Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be published online on the site. The changed terms are considered
accepted in connection with orders or visits to the site.
20. Disputes and legal choice
In the event that dispute can not be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and customer, you can, as a customer, contact the General
